A volcano eruption is an eruption no matter what!
Ashes or lava, fragments or not, a volcanic eruption has many ways to let itself known and seen. It does not matter how big or small is the eruption, it still is an eruption and it still has the potential to be desastrous to the people and the environment that is near by . It still creates dangerous and hazardous situations so that is why the US volcanologist are urging Washington for better and regular watch of active and potentially dangerous volcanoes.
